Three IR temperature sensors monitor board temperature at hot plate section exit providing touch screen display and feedback control to PLC controlled PID loop adjusting existing hot foot/shoe system. Product profiles can be entered touch screen and graphic monitoring/trending on system touch screen. The system results in consistant product quality at all operating speeds.
This system is low cost addition to CSI Doublebacker drive package or supplied as standalone addition using FlexLogix PLC . |
